According to the British newspaper The Mirror, Susie Stephens, the world's leading expert on road safety, was recently in St. Louis coordinating a conference on, as one might expect, how to reduce the number of road deaths in America. At some point during her stay, she left her hotel and ran across the street to pick up some photocopies when, sadly, she was stuck and killed by a bus.
