Real Life Da Vinci Code
A brand new code "Da Vinci" Code has appeared, and is waiting to be broken...
Michael Baigent and Richard Leigh, authors of Holy Blood, Holy Grail filed a copyright infringement suit in Britain against Random House, claiming that author Dan Brown had appropriated the "architecture" of their book in creating his best selling novel The Da Vinci Code.
Judge Peter Smith dismissed their claim, ruling in favor of Random House. However, there is something odd about his written judgement.
It has oddly placed italicized letters. The first one appears at the top of page 5, in the letter 's' in the word "claimants". A little further down the 'm' in claimaint is italicized, and so on.
Apparently the judge, in writing his judgement, has left behind a code of his own. It has not yet been deciphered.
