If you haven't already, you will receive Yahoo! annual report, notice of annual meeting, and proxy voting form in the mail or by email.
As with most of these, are the elections of board of directors, stock plan changes, and the normal stuff most of us ignore.
HOWEVER, there are two very interesting proposals on the ballot concerning INTERNET CENSORSHIP: Proposal #6 Stockholder proposal regarding Internet censorship (page 32), and Proposal #7 Stockholder proposal regarding board committee on human rights (page 34).
As a big fan of freedom of speach, I urge you to read these two proposals carefully, and if you agree (or disagree) with the proposals vote accordingly.
